Wholesale Policy
1. Wholesale Trade Only
All the products are only for wholesaling, which means that they can only be ordered at a large quantity.
2. Stock Availability
– Our hand woven products are made from natural materials such as seagrass, rattan, bamboo, and water hyacinth that meet the expectation of sustainability. We will start production after order confirmation only. -Our hand embroidery products can reach faster lead-time based on some materials we often stock like percale cotton, hemp and washed linen.
3. Pricing
We offer on basis of FOB price. To offer precise pricing, estimated quantity of your order together with other requirements (customization, packaging, shipping, etc.) are required.
4.Production Time
Normally, our production time (also known as lead time) is from 50 to 60 days. The specific lead time will be calculated more accurately by our consultant after you send us an inquiry as it depends on the quantity, product specifications, material availability.
5. Sample Policy
We can make samples for you to check and evaluate product quality before proceeding to mass production. – Sample lead time: Around 10 days, in some cases it may take 20-30 days for developing samples. – Sample shipping time: 5 days by express courier for slight and small items, other method will be discussed.
6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment terms: + TT with 50 % deposit and 50 % against copy of original documents + L/C at sight
7. Shipping & Delivery
– Shipping methods: By sea or by air. It will be calculated on the total dimensions & weights of all packages of your orders. Our consultants will find the right shipping & packaging method that helps you cut down the shipping cost. – Delivery time: 5-10 days by air, 20-50 days by sea depending on your port of unloading.
8. Warranty
"We are willing to take responsibility for any defective, damaged, or broken goods within 15 days after the date of receiving the shipment. All defective, damaged, or broken goods must be reported clearly with pictures by the buyer. We will issue a refund or credit for faulty items in the next order."
